Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective hygiene liners, into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
